After an email or phone call, UniLink will research and find the best offers or options and respond with a recommendation and other options for you to compare.
Basic Training
New employees get basic training on how to use their PC's, and what is required of them to do their job. More than that, all staff will be trained as their working environment changes. New software, faster or more productive ways of working and new job requirements are taught in one-on-one training session.

UniLink uses the same software for remote support as it does for office monitoring. At any time, managers/directors can view the screen of staff computers with a simple double click. The staff's PC shows no sign of monitoring and they will be completely unaware that someone can see what they are doing. If this is too time consuming, UniLink can set up a monitoring session where they will check what a client is doing periodically and provide a full report of the staff members' activity.
